Job description

Teaching Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to work in one of our fantastic schools. The school is based in Weston-Super-Mare and are looking for someone who has confidence and passion on the pupils learning. The school caters for children who has been excluded from mainstream primary and secondary schools; due to their challenging behaviour.

Full time role!
£60 - £70 per day!
ASAP Start!

The role will include generally include working on a 1:1 basis or group work in one of our schools. This school encourages and challenges every pupil to achieve their personal best and provides a safe and happy environment where pupils develop their self-esteem and are taught to respect others.

The Successful Candidate:

  • A child workforce DBS on the update service, if you don't have this; we can help you through this
  • A clean UK driving License with a access to a vehicle 5 days a week
  • Be enthusiastic and engaging to the pupil's that you'll be mentoring
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and acts as a positive role model
  • Takes a personal interest in the pupils learning
