Job description

This 2 form entry primary school based on the outskirst of Brighton are looking to recruit a full time individual needs assistant (INA) to work alongside a pupil in Y1. This pupil has extremely challenging behaviour and can lash out if frustrated. The child already has an EHCP in place and the school are looking at utilising this funding by hiring a 1:1 INA to work with them.

After speaking with the school, they are ideally looking for someone with an extremely caring and kind attitude, with experience working with children with challenging behaviour. Ideally you will have at least 6 months worth of experience working within schools and hold a Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
