ICT/DT Teacher required

Part time ICT/DT Teacher required to join an Ofsted graded 'Good' school in Sheffield to cover a maternity leave.

• Part time position for an ICT/DT Teacher teaching to GCSE level all day on Tuesdays and Friday mornings

• MPS/UPS pay on offer, in line with teaching scale point (£23,720 - £39,406)
• Covering a maternity leave with the opportunity of a permanent position due to expansion of school

There is an upcoming gap in our client school due to a maternity leave and due to this they require a temporary ICT/DT Teacher to join the school to cover both KS3 and GCSE ICT/DT lessons. There would be full departmental responsibilities of planning and marking involved, however there would be support given by the department for the incoming ICT/DT Teacher or Newly Qualified Teacher.

You will be working within a modern secondary school in Sheffield graded 'Good' by Ofsted. The school has an excellent reputation within the community and has recently undergone a refurbishment, resulting in excellent teaching and learning provisions throughout. The school will require the incoming ICT/DT Teacher to be confident in upholding this reputation and be capable of raising attainment throughout the department and delivering consistent results.
