Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint graduates to undertake the 'Future Teachers Programme'. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our partner secondary school, which is a highly regarded and oversubscribed academy. The training programme focuses on developing innovative practice and supporting learners across a range of ages.

The secondary school are looking for confident and passionate individuals who can lead pupils with enthusiasm and care. Throughout the course you will join a highly committed team of staff who will support you through your PGDE and into employment as a teacher.

This is a salaried position which includes professional coaching and high quality support throughout the duration of the course. Over the past 3 years the Scholars have enjoyed 100% success rate into profession, 90% of whom graduated with outstanding.
