An 'Outstanding' Primary school in Camden, North London is looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a position starting in September.

This role will give you the opportunity to work on a 1:1 basis with a child with Autism, and with a Down Syndrome child, both of whom need additional support in their learning. This position requires you to be friendly, positive and patient and will need to help both pupils feel confident in their ability. As well as this, you will on occasion be required to work as a classroom based Teaching Assistant.

The children you will be working with are in Key Stage 2 classes and are below the national average in terms of their class work. The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is able to quickly build strong relationships with pupils, and has a calm and patient demeanor.

Having been graded 'Good with Outstanding features' in their most recent Ofsted, it has been stated by parents and carers that 'This is a good school.
