Additionally, you will be required to make a good number of sales and business development calls to schools across your local region; using these calls as an opportunity to speak to Head Teachers, Business Managers and members of the SLT to gain further business and build multi-level relationships. As part of your 360 recruitment role, you will continually source, vet and recruit new candidates ready to place in your client and non-client schools.

‘Transparent career progression and opportunities to gain quarterly promotions’.

From day one, along with an intensive induction programme, you will be part of tpGROW, which is an industry leading development programme; where you can expect to be continuously supported throughout and be provided with all the resources required in order to have a successful career at Teaching Personnel.

Along with an industry competitive starting salary and uncapped performance related commission, you will have the opportunity to be promoted at each career review, with the potential to increase your earnings by up to GBP11k within your first year. You’ll also have access to a large range of other benefits including:

  • Reduced working hours in school holidays;
  • Generous holiday entitlement which increases with service;
  • Additional cash bonuses for performance;
  • Regular incentives and prizes;
  • Discounted gym membership;
  • Discounts on purchases at a large selection of national retailers;
  • Contributory stakeholder pension and life assurance.

‘A job where you receive recognition and praise for hard work and good activity’.

Our teams all pull together and the harder you work the more rewards you have the chance to earn. There is a very collaborative learning environment where everyone’s thoughts and ideas are supported and encouraged.

After all that hard work, we're also a very social bunch! Aside from frequent branch and regional nights out we have regular company-wide events which give everyone a chance to get together and celebrate our combined efforts and achievements.

We are looking for someone confident with a great 'can do' attitude and the drive to succeed.

We are ideally seeking a candidate who is seeking a long-term career and is passionate about supporting the needs of young people with SEN and learning difficulties.

If you would like the opportunity to discuss your long term career prospects with us then we would love to hear from you. Please apply with an up to date CV and covering letter.
