Maybe you are looking into becoming a Teacher, but you’re keen to gain some initial classroom-based experience first.

Teaching Personnel are here to support and assist you in finding your ideal role, whether that is day-to-day, short-term or long-term.

You do not need any initial training or experience to be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant, however if you do have any experience of working with children or in the care sector – it would be advantageous.

We work with local primary, secondary and SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools – to support day-to-day, short-term and long-term staffing requirements.

Working through Teaching Personnel, you should expect:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
