Behaviour Support Mentor - Bicton

Are you a Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Support Mentor , looking for full-time employment? This post is to start in September with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of staff and located in Bicton!

The school has high numbers of pupils from challenging behaviours such as ADHD, ASC and SEMH. You will work on a 1:1 basis to support the educational requirements of the young person following the educational plan set by the base managers.

Minimal Requirements:

  • A child workforce DBS on the update service, or one completed through Teaching Personnel
  • Level 3 qualification
  • Full Driving Licence and have business Insurance
  • Previous experience with the SEN students is preferred, but not essential
  • Be able to provide 2 references covering 6 years

Working Pattern

  • Full-time starting in September 2019
  • Monday to Friday
  • Term time only.
