Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with a range of needs including autism, severe learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, and communication difficulties
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment
• Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support students in developing their social and communication skills
• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a genuine passion for working with children and young people
• Resilient and adaptable with the ability to handle challenging behaviour in a calm and constructive manner
• Reliable team players who can build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential
