Teaching Personnel are working alongside a primary SEN school that is based in the Haywards Heath area. The provision is looking for bubbly Behavioural Buddies who are able to work full-time come September, you must be able to support the schools’ pupils on both a 1:1 and small group basis.

About the school:

The Primary SEN School are looking to recruit Behavioural Buddy’s come September. The school cater for primary aged pupils between the ages of 6-12. All pupils will have the following needs: Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental, Health), all pupils will have EHCP’s (Educational, Health, Care, Plans).

About the Role:

The chosen Behavioural Buddy will be expected to build relationships with the pupils as you will be working with the pupils on both a 1:1 and small group basis. It’s important to find common ground with the pupils as they will look up to you as a role model, taking an interested in their hobbies and interests is key.

Additional Information:

Travel: Car

Pay: £430 - £460

Hours: 8:40am – 15:55pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

DBS: Child Only Enhanced DBS

Location: Haywards Heath

Experience: Autism, ADHD, SEMH
