Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Fixed Term
Location: Haywards Heath
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive and collaborative team in Haywards Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something meaningful—supporting pupils to reach their full potential, academically and personally.

About the Role:

Support teaching and learning within the classroom, in small groups, and 1:1 sessions

Assist in the development of engaging learning resources and tailored teaching strategies

Work closely with the class teacher to help all pupils succeed, especially those with additional needs

Support the welfare, emotional, and social development of pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
