Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our committed team and help make a real difference in the lives of our students.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to support pupils’ learning, social development, and personal care needs. You’ll help to create a positive and engaging classroom environment, adapt resources to meet individual learning needs, and provide one-to-one or small-group support as required.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday during term time, with opportunities for professional development and training.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Is patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.

Works well as part of a team but can also use initiative.

Has good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideally holds or is working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning), although training can be provided for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
