This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people who may have previously struggled in mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons by following the teachers lesson plans
  • Lead interventions to help pupils achieve academic and social targets.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing in line with the school’s ethos.
  • Support pupils with SEMH needs in developing resilience and self-regulation skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff.
  • Contribute to planning, assessment, and review of pupil progress.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds HLTA status
  • Has experience working with children with SEMH or additional learning needs.
  • Is patient, resilient, and able to build positive, trusting relationships.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Is committed to inclusive education and continuous professional development.

If you are a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated professional who is passionate about helping every child reach their potential, we would love to hear from you.
