SEN Teaching and Support Staff

Are you looking for experience to enhance your career?

Teaching Personal are currently recruiting Teaching and Support staff in the Stoke-on-Trent area for multiple SEN schools.

You must have experience supporting students who can display very challenging behaviour, however, this does not have to be in a school-based environment. Teaching Personnel also recruit candidates who have undertaken youth work, supported young offenders or those at risk of re-offending and those who have worked in secure or medical units. You must have the ability to build a rapport with a non-judgemental attitude and be passionate about improving the lives of young people.

Experience/ Personal Specification Required:

  • Team teach or restraint training
  • Go above and beyond expectations
  • Empathy and patience
  • A proven track record of working with young students with challenging needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
