Full time Design Technology (DT) Teacher required from Easter 2020 or earlier.

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent within the UK
  • Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school
  • Pay in line with MPS/UPS GBP24, 373 - GBP40, 490

The department are seeking a specialist teacher to join a vibrant and supportive staff team and are willing to consider any DT specialism. As the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to teach within a department which is passionate about pupil achievement. You will have access to state of the art resources and equipment all within modern, newly refurbished facilities.

Your roles and responsibilities will include but may not be limited to;

  • Teaching, developing and assessing in line with the new curriculum (1-9) at KS3/4.
  • Committed to creating an outstanding learning experience for all pupils.
  • Working as part of a driven team

As the Headteacher continues to create a culture of high expectations from pupils and staff alike, the school has continued to act as a beacon within the local community. Currently, there are just over 1000 pupils on roll, aged 11-16.
