Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Behaviour Mentor on behalf of one of our client's secondary schools in Manchester. The secondary school is seeking an experience Behaviour Mentor who has worked within an inclusion unit before with challenging students and has undertaken training on how to support students with behavioural issues.

• Behaviour Mentor, working within an inclusion unit
• Located in Central Manchester
• Starting in September, in the new academic year
• Supporting mixed secondary school students aged 11-16
• Competitive pay, paid on a weekly basis (£259-£309)

With the new academic year approaching, our client's secondary school are looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to add extra support to their inclusion unit team. The team the successful Behaviour Mentor will be joining are very experienced working within secondary schools and in an inclusion unit; they are forward thinking and have a great team bond to ensure they get the best out of their students.

The successful Behaviour Mentor will;

• Have experience working with students who have behavioural issues
• Be resilient and be willing to restrain a student if needed
• Have undertaken training courses related to the job role of a Behaviour Mentor
• Be able to commit to a full time role
• Be an outgoing person to be able to interact with the students effectively

The secondary school that is looking for a Behaviour Mentor is located in the heart of Manchester, just off the A57, making it easy to access for teachers who drive. There are also many transport links close by, making the school accessible for teachers who use public transport. The Inclusion unit is a new building with modern facilities and equipment, creating a learning environment for students to achieve their goals and get the most out of their education.
