Autism Teaching Assistant - York

Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work with students with Autism on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You should have a flexible approach to work and be able to manage behaviour effectively. Whilst you will predominantly work with students diagnosed with Autism, you will also support those with ADHD, GDD, MLD and/or SEMH. Ideally you will have SEN experience within a School setting, however candidates with the relevant qualifications will be considered, such as Psychology Degree, Sports and Exercise Science Degree, Health and Social Care Diploma or SEN and Inclusion Degree.

  • A pay range £57-£75 per day dependent on previous experience
