Are you a teaching assistant looking for a new role?
Do you have experience supporting those with SEN?
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for TA's with a track record of enabling young people to achieve. These roles are to start ASAP within a primary school in Plymouth. Full time & part time hours available with a daily rate of between £54-£60 a day.
Your role will involve:
- supporting students on a 1:1 basis
- providing general support within the classroom
- develop social/emotional skills depending on individual needs
- monitoring pupil progress
- liaising with class teacher and SENCo
- work on differentiated activities with small groups of young people or on a 1:1 basis
The successful candidates will:
- be able to form positive relationships with young people
- work well with both KS1 & KS2 students
- have a good understanding of English & Maths
- have experience working with SEN
- excellent communication skills
In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £44, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.
