Are you looking for a new opportunity to help SEN children access a full and quality Education?

We are seeking to appoint up to three enthusiastic Teaching Assistants at a School in Redhill to primarily work with children who have Educational, Health and Care Plans, starting as soon as possible. 

This is an exciting opportunity for applicants who wish to be part of a dedicated team and have a strong desire to develop children’s learning and improve the life chances of all of our children. You will need to be a flexible team player with a sense of humour and an optimistic outlook. Experience of working with SEND children would be an advantage, although not essential. Ideally you will be patient and calm, with a consistent and positive approach to managing pupils’ behaviour and a good understanding of how children learn.  

It is a vibrant community school in Merstham with an established Good Ofsted grading that provides education for pupils aged 3-11 years.  They offer a creative curriculum, including Forest School, pupils who are eager to learn, and staff who are friendly, supportive and continually striving to provide the very best for children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.This will be a temporary position and may go permanent at a later date.
