Teaching Personnel are looking for a dynamic and motivated Special Needs Teaching Assistant. Successful candidates will have a passion for teaching and education and have the ability to support the main classroom teacher and enrich the learning of their students. The potential candidate must have previous experience working in a 1:1 role with children on the autistic spectrum.

This is big, friendly primary school in Bournemouth.The school is well resourced, carefully monitored and controlled, making this a nice and friendly environment to work in.

Our school is looking for Teaching Assistants who are dedicated, reliable and confident in their ability to manage behaviour and facilitate learning.

Successful teaching assistant candidates will hold a relevant teaching assistant or childcare qualification at level 3 or an undergraduate degree.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
