Teaching Assistant - Halifax
Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant who has experience of delivering 1:1 intervention support. This role is based within a Primary School in Halifax (HX1) and starts in April 2021.

We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has experience of providing 1:1 intervention support.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills.
- Is creative and adaptable.
- Is skilled at identifying the needs of individual students.
- Is trustworthy and can establish meaningful relationships with students and parents/carers.
- Is committed to creating a happy and stimulating learning environment.
The ideal candidate will be available Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm, during term time. You will need to be aware of Child Protection, Health and Safety, Behaviour, Teaching and Learning and Equal Opportunities policies. You will also need to have a Child Workforce DBS (or be willing to apply for one), two references and the right to work in the UK.
