SEN Teaching Assistant – Secondary SEN School (Reigate)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary SEN school in Reigate on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Wednesday: 8:15am – 4:45pm
- Thursday: 8:15am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:15am – 4:00pm
About the Role:
You will be working closely with students with special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in both classroom and one-to-one settings
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Encourage independence and social development
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, ideally within SEN
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Strong enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
