We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistants to join our outstanding team.

We provide specialist education for pupils aged 3–19 with autism spectrum condition (ASC), sensory processing differences, and associated learning needs. Our dedicated and supportive staff are committed to providing a nurturing and structured environment where every student can thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Support pupils with autism in their learning, personal development and social skills

• Work closely with class teachers and therapists to deliver a tailored curriculum

• Foster a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

• Help implement individual learning plans and behavioural strategies

• Encourage independence, confidence, and communication in every pupil

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally with SEND/ASC

• A patient, flexible and positive attitude

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A willingness to learn and adapt within a specialist setting

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
