About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join specialist schools in Bournemouth, supporting children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs.
This role offers the opportunity to work across both primary and secondary settings, providing support to students aged 3–19.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
You will provide individualised assistance, adapt learning activities, and encourage students to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially. Experience working with children with diverse learning needs is essential, as you will play a key role in helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
