About the Role:
You will be part of a team committed to delivering personalised, innovative education and care to young people with diverse learning needs, including those with complex additional support requirements. Your work will help nurture independence, confidence, and development in a safe and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored learning and therapeutic activities designed to meet individual student needs
Support communication, social, emotional, and behavioural development
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and families
Create a supportive and positive atmosphere that celebrates diversity and achievement

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with young people with diverse and complex learning needs
Strong understanding of inclusive educational practices and personalised approaches
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexibly as part of a multi-disciplinary team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
