Support Worker
Job description
As an SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and guidance to students with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential and thrive in a nurturing learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
Assisting with the implementation of personalized education plans and behavior management strategies.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver effective educational and therapeutic interventions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
