SEN Teaching Assistant

Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a large 2 form entry primary school located in the S5 area of Sheffield who require a reliable Teaching Assistant for a position supporting a student on a 1:1 basis who displays challenging and disengaged behaviours. 

Our ideal candidate would have prior experience in supporting students with SEN; delivering tailored intervention to support the learning and development of the student. You must have the ability to quickly form positive relationships and have a calm and nurturing approach. The position is within lower KS2 so expeirence in supporting the KS2 curriculum is desirable. 


The role is to start immediately until the end of the summer term, with the potential for a longer term contract for the right candidate. 

With excellent transport links to the school, the access to your own vehicle is not essential for this role.
