Have you recently graduated in Psychology and are now looking for a new and challenging position as an SEN Teaching Assistant?

This is your opportunity to put your knowledge into practice, and combine it with relevant training and paid work experience in exciting and challenging schools across Northamptonshire.

We are actively seeking psychology graduates with a passion for providing support for SEN children. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ambition to become educational psychologists or child psychologists and are keen to build relevant and paid experience providing 1-1 support for children with Social & Emotional Mental Health issues.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be supporting the learning of children with behavioural and emotional difficulties as well as Autism and ADHD. You will need to be a resilient person who is open to working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
