Our client further education college is looking to recruit a Carpentry and Joinery teacher to start with them ASAP. As a result of increased numbers of students who have enrolled and taken up this course, the college are ideally looking for a Carpentry and Joinery teacher to start with them on a full time basis as soon as possible.

The successful Carpentry and Joinery teacher will have to experience tutoring this course previously and have specific experience with bench joinery.

Highlights of this Carpentry and Joinery teaching role:

  • Pay ranging between £120 - £170 per day depending on specific experience
  • Teach in a vocational and academic environment under a highly supportive team of professionals
  • Further education college based on the east side of Greater Manchester

This college offers vocational courses, level 1 and level 2 diplomas as well as apprenticeships. Being so versatile in their offering, they are looking for a confident Carpentry specialist who can hit the ground running and has knowledge of technical information as well as any knowledge of the construction technology.

Having experience of bench joinery is imperative as the course involves producing woodworking joints and maintaining and using carpentry and joinery tools.

This further education college is situated on the east side of Greater Manchester which is very easy to get to via M60 and M67 motorway networks. The college is also located very close to the nearby train station, making public transport an ideal link to this college.
