Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest education recruitment agency, is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team of talented Recruitment Consultants and supportive Managers in our Sheffield office.

With a starting salary of £20,000 plus performance related commission this is a fantastic first step into the world of recruitment.

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant you need to be a good communicator and extremely organised. Ideally, you will have previous sales experience and knowledge of the education sector, however, this is not essential.

Additionally, you must have a valid full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
