Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Behavioural Unit based in the Leyland area who are seeking a hard working, empathetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with KS3/4 pupils. The School is based on the outskirts of Leyland, it is easily accessible via public transport and candidates applying for this role will ideally hold a valid UK driving as you may be expected to work between two sites.

The School are looking to appoint a hard working, committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to support their pupils in a range of subjects. The School are looking to appoint a candidate who has experience working with pupils who display challenging behaviours, a candidate who holds their Team Teach qualification and who has SEN experience. The School are looking for a full time member of staff who is seeking a passionate and committed member of staff who is looking to further their career in the SEN education sector.

The candidate successful for this role will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £54 - 65 per day

- Long term position available

- Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEMH Difficulties and Autism
