Early Careers Teacher
Job description
At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a school in Didsbury who are actively seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher. This school is creating an effective and inclusive learning community where all staff collaborate together to inspire and believe in others and themselves. The successful educator will be working in a full time role (8:30am-3:30pm) and is required to start in school ideally in the next few weeks based on availability.
Job duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to early career students
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching experience
- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practises
Required Qualification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with early career students
- Strong classroom management skills
Knowledge and skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Understanding of current educational trends and best practises
- Proficiency in using technology in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
