Job description

Teaching Personnel is actively seeking versatile and dedicated individuals to join our team as Academic Tutors. As a tutor with us, you will have the opportunity to support students across a wide range of subjects and age groups, fostering a dynamic learning environment that encourages growth and success.

  • Job Description - Tutor (All subjects & age groups) 
  • Location - Surrey
  • Salary - £20 - £35 per hour 
  • Job Type - 30 hours PW

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct engaging and effective lessons for students in your subject of expertise. 
  • Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage student growth and development.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Teaching qualifications are highly desirable but not essential. 
  • Experience tutoring students on a 1:1 basis is a must. 
  • A valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one. 
  • Proven expertise in the subject you aim to tutor. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
