Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a daily basis for both short- and long-term positions in both Primary and Secondary schools in Chigwell.

As you will be occupied with several schools, you will be working on an ad-hoc basis where we will contact you prior to your appointment at the potential school. This can allow you to choose when and where to work, enabling you full flexibility of the full-time/ part-time Teaching Assistant role. As a Teaching Assistant, you could support your future decision to move into teaching as you can provide yourself with a platform to enhance your teaching skills and education knowledge.

• Pay ranging from GBP66.30-80, paid via PAYE on a weekly basis (dependent on your experience)

We are keen to hear from graduate candidates or candidates with experience working with children or young adults with Special Educational Needs and a keen interest in working within SEN schools. You must be confident of your abilities within a classroom-based environment and have the ability to build relationships with pupils and the other staff members.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
