Cover Supervisor

Salary: £95 - £130

A popular and successful mixed comprehensive school for pupils aged 11–16 is seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor to be a valuable addition to their team!

This role will provide valuable experience working across KS3 and KS4 for educator’s interested in a teaching career!

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues productively. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment. This role may also require providing additional support to students with special educational needs.

• Experience working with secondary aged students
• Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
• Ability to be flexible in the subjects you will be delivering!
