Supply Bank Education is working in partnership with a secondary school based on Kingsbury Road, Erdington, to recruit a passionate and committed Qualified Secondary Teacher to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.

The Role

As a Qualified Secondary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum. You will create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment while working collaboratively with staff to support student progress, behaviour management, and overall development.

• Contract: Full-Time / Long-Term
• Salary: Dependent on experience
• Start Date: September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the secondary curriculum

• UK QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons to a range of abilities
• A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK (e.g. British Passport or valid share code)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Overseas Police Check (if applicable)
