About the Role

We are looking for a Psychology teacher to deliver high-quality teaching across our Level 3 programmes (A-Level). You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and contribute to the wider college community.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Psychology to A-Level and/or vocational classes

• Create stimulating and inclusive lessons that motivate learners

• Track and support student progress through effective assessment

• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement

• Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and wider college activities

About You

• Degree in Psychology or a related subject

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE) or equivalent

• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make Psychology exciting and accessible

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
