Teacher of Music
Start Date: 5th January 2026
Contract: Initially until Friday 17th July (potential of a permanent role)

Location: Blackburn, Lancashire (BB1)

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of musicians? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Music to join a thriving secondary school in Blackburn. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • A qualified teacher with a specialism in Music (QTS).
  • Someone who can deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • A creative individual who can foster a love of music and performance.
  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
