PSHE Teacher (Part-Time – 4 Days per Week)
Location: Bournemouth
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Part-Time (0.8 FTE), Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
In partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bournemouth, Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and dedicated PSHE Teacher to join the school’s team from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on students' personal development, wellbeing, and life skills through a supportive role in a forward-thinking school environment.
The Role:
As a PSHE Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality, engaging PSHE lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4

Support pupils in developing emotional literacy, resilience, and healthy relationships
-
Contribute to the school’s wider personal development and wellbeing programme
-
Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support students holistically
-
Take part in whole-school initiatives, including themed days, assemblies, and enrichment
This is a part-time, permanent role (0.8 FTE), working 4 days per week.
We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Experience delivering PSHE or a strong interest in student wellbeing and personal development

A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting positive mental health

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A reflective and enthusiastic teaching approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
