As a teacher at our school, you'll deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of our learners. You’ll build meaningful relationships, promote resilience, and foster a love of learning in a unique and rewarding setting.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is a qualified teacher (QTS)
  • Has a passion for inclusive education and supporting SEND students
  • Can inspire, motivate, and engage learners of all abilities
  • Works well as part of a committed, child-focused team
  • Has strong behaviour management skills. Experience teaching in a specialist SEMH setting is desired but not essential
  • Comfortable teaching a mixed curriculum across KS3 and KS4 age range, a lot of our students are learning at lower levels.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
