The Role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Foster a love for learning in both physical and human geography

• Plan and assess effectively to support pupil progress

• Work collaboratively as part of a welcoming and supportive Humanities department

• Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Previous experience teaching Geography within a secondary school setting

• A strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 Geography curriculum

• Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to learning

• A commitment to raising attainment and encouraging student curiosity
