Drama Teacher – Secondary School – Bournemouth – September 2025 Start – Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)

A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a dynamic Drama Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time role, offered on a permanent basis, and is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and imaginative Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping students build confidence, creativity, and performance skills. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to school productions and extracurricular performing arts activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality Drama lessons

  • Supporting students with both practical performance and written work

  • Preparing pupils for GCSE Drama and supporting progress

  • Organising and participating in school plays, showcases, and events

  • Fostering a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression
