I am currently working with a fantastic Primary School school close to Easton.
 The school provides an impressive and modern learning environment for children, with a range of facilities to ensure a variety curriculum is supported on a 1:1 basis.
 Your role will involve supporting a child with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
You will be working alongside the teacher, other Teaching Assistant as well as liaising with external speech and language therapists.
You will be based within the classroom and therefore part of your role will be assisting within the class to help those children needing support within the classroom, as well as sometimes providing personal care. This is a vital and rewarding position where you will be offering the best possible support to this child to enable them to fully access the curriculum and get the most out of their time at school.
 This position is to start after the Easter holidays. You will be expected to work between 8:30- 3.30 with an hour lunch break.  
You'll daily pay rate will be £57 per day and this will be a full time role.
We are looking for someone with a kind nature and positive and nurturing approach to learning. Ideally you will have experience of working with young pupils with ASD or other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities SEND, and therefore be familiar with some of the tools and strategies to support effectively. We are open to consider transferable skills and experience as the most important quality we are looking for is passion and knowledge for working with children with ASD.
