Join a small secondary school in Salford, supporting children aged 11-16 within the languages department.
- Full-time MFL teacher.
- French and Spanish specialist.
- Required from September 2020 on an ongoing basis.
- Supporting pupils aged 11-16 at varying levels of learning ability.
- Monitor pupils’ attainment across class and home work.
- Will be expected to teach a full timetable across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.
- Paid in line with teaching scale (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490).
Due to a restructure in the timetable, our client secondary school are currently looking to recruit an additional teacher to join the MFL department. The incoming teacher will be expected to take on full planning and marking responsibilities alongside planning and delivering lessons.
The incoming teacher will ideally have a specialism in French and Spanish. The successful candidate should have previous experience teaching languages previously up to GCSE level. To be considered you must have QTS and a PGCE in a relevant language.
Our client school is known for providing excellent behavioural support alongside the opportunity to embark on a number of training courses to improve your skills further.
Our client school is located in Salford and can be accessed via the M62 and A580 from the surrounding areas such as Bolton and Leigh. For non-drivers, there are several public transportation links from neighbouring areas of Salford such as Swinton, Prestwich and central Manchester.
