Maths teaching assistant Manchester

  • Full time Maths TA post - immediate start
  • Ideal for aspiring teachers or Maths graduates
  • Long term position , possibly until July 2017

Are you a competent Mathematician looking for work as a teaching assistant? A large secondary school in south Manchester have an immediate post for a Maths teaching assistant on a full time basis. This will be working within the Maths department, supporting pupils in small groups and working with the Maths teachers, you will ideally have experience working as a teaching assistant or Maths tutor previously, any Maths graduates considering a career in teaching are welcome to apply.

“Due to additional funding being made available and a desire from our head teacher to improve results, we have a post for a Maths teaching assistant starting ASAP. This will require a confident individual who can help our pupils better understand Maths and breakdown the difficult tasks, a large emphasis will be on GCSE children and those who are listed as “C/D borderline”.

***Maths teaching assistant, Manchester school with excellent facilities

***Full time position starting straight away, on going until 2017

***Ideal for Maths graduates and aspiring Maths teachers

***Supply post initially, up to £300 per week (experience dependant)

***Located in South Manchester (Wythenshawe)
