Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Complex SEN School – New Forest

Position: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Southampton (multiple school across the Southampton side of the Forest)
Start Date: January 2026
Age Requirement: 20+
We are working in partnership with a well-established and highly supportive complex SEN school in the New Forest, seeking dedicated LSAs to join their team from January You’ll be working with pupils who have a wide range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and communication difficulties.
Essential Requirements:

Experience working in SEN environments or a background in medical care

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs

A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service – or willingness to apply for one

Must be aged 20 or over
Desirable:

A full UK driving licence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
