Teaching Personnel is offering flexible opportunities for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work on an adhoc basis across a range of Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools in and around Southampton.

Whether you’ve worked with children in education, care, sports coaching, or another setting, your experience can make a real difference. This is the perfect route into the education sector for anyone seeking hands-on experience, variety, and flexibility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or one-to-one

  • Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment

  • Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom management

  • Adapting to different school settings and pupil needs

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Someone with previous experience working with children (in any capacity)

  • Confident, adaptable, and keen to learn new skills

  • Open to working across all school sectors

  • Available 3–5 days a week during term time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
