Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Are you passionate about supporting children with ADHD and helping them thrive in a classroom setting? Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to pupils with ADHD in a welcoming primary school in Speke.

The Role:
As an ADHD Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with pupils diagnosed with ADHD, providing tailored support and strategies.
- Assist the class teacher in managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Help pupils develop focus, social skills, and emotional regulation.
- Liaise with SENCOs, parents, and external agencies where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children with ADHD or other neurodiverse needs.
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
- Has strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Is committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
