Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | December start date

Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Role: 1:1 SEN Support for a Challenging EYFS Pupil in Reception

We’re on the hunt for a standout SEN TA who:

  • Has EYFS experience and understands the importance of early intervention.
  • Is confident supporting pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
  • Can build trusting relationships and create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
  • Is calm, consistent, and creative in their approach.
  • Has a genuine passion for inclusive education and helping every child thrive.

The Role:

You’ll be working 1:1 with a pupil in EYFS who requires tailored support to access learning and manage behaviour. This is a challenging but incredibly rewarding role where your impact will be felt every single day.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated team, receive ongoing training, and have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role if it’s the right fit.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
