Learning Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel is looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist SEN school in Bolton, supporting students with complex needs including autism, SEMH, and physical disabilities.

We’re looking for individuals who have:

• Previous experience in a care setting or SEN school/unit
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Patience, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
• A Child and Adult Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one

Role Details:

• Full-time and part-time roles available
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and emotional development
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
